      The Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Evgeny Lyulin, proposed that Belarusian media representatives take part in covering the 5th Congress of Small Towns. The speaker of the Legislative Assembly voiced this initiative during an official visit by the regional parliament delegation to the Republic of Belarus. According to Lyulin, the participation of Belarusian journalists will help expand information cooperation between the countries and draw attention to important issues in the development of small towns. The 5th Congress of Small Towns is scheduled for 2026. The event will be held in the village of Bolshoye Boldino, located in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
