The Nizhny Novgorod delegation took part in the final events of the 5th All‑Russian Managers’ Competition "Leaders of the Construction Industry"

      The All-Russian competition for managers "Leaders of the Construction Industry" was held in Yaroslavl from 8 to 10 August 2025. As part of the final events, a strategic dialogue "Russia–2050" took place with the participation of experts from Nizhny Novgorod. The meeting was dedicated to the concept of the Russian Federation's development in the near future. As a priority direction, they identified improving the quality of life of Russians by forming a competitive economy, comfortable urban and rural environments, and developing the social sphere.

      During the discussion, participants also analyzed the main trends, the primary vectors of development, and the key tasks of the domestic construction industry. The session was moderated by State Duma deputy and federal coordinator of the party project "Choose Your Own," Sergey Morozov. Speakers at the strategic dialogue "Russia–2050" included Yaroslavl Mayor Artem Molchanov, advisor to the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia Gulnaz Minnikhanova, industrialists and experts.

      "The 'Choose Your Own' project is aimed at developing and strengthening technological and production leadership. At the 'Leaders of the Construction Industry' forum we talked about modern approaches in construction, energy, and transport, about how new technologies and the experience of enterprises can be implemented into work so that they deliver real results. An important part of such meetings is the exchange of experience and the search for solutions that can be applied in practice. When specialists, companies and government bodies work in the same direction, it creates conditions for the sustainable development of industries and opens up new opportunities for the people who work in them," said Sergey Plyaskin, deputy of the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod and regional coordinator of the party project "Choose Your Own."

      Recall that the party project "Choose Your Own" is aimed at uniting entrepreneurs and industrialists, representatives of the education sector and science, government authorities and public organizations — with the goal of ensuring technological sovereignty and import independence. Achieving this goal contributes to the implementation of the "United Russia" people's program, aimed at ensuring the well-being and a decent life for people and creating a strong and successful country.
