      Society: An inclusive online marathon "Career Without Limits" is starting in the Nizhny Novgorod region, aimed at supporting the professional development of people with disabilities. Participants will be able to take training, acquire useful career skills, and learn about current job offers from employers.

      The marathon program runs until the end of September 2025. It includes practical tools for career development: from creating a resume with the help of artificial intelligence to interview training.

      Special attention will be paid to online meetings with representatives of various professions. Participants will be able to hear firsthand about working in fields such as fintech, media, advertising, kicksharing (e-scooter sharing), information technology, and telecommunications.

      The marathon will take place on a digital platform adapted for people with visual and hearing impairments. To join the project, registration is required.

      According to Andrey Belov, MTS director for the Nizhny Novgorod region, professional success today depends not on starting conditions but on a person's desire for growth and learning. He also stressed that the region already has many examples of people with disabilities successfully building careers.
