Journalist Arkady Mamontov in the documentary "Short Circuit" (16+) showed two lavish villas in the USA owned by the former city manager of Nizhny Novgorod, Oleg Kondrashov.

Both houses are located in the city of Boca Raton, Florida, about 70 kilometers from Miami. The houses are situated in elite gated communities.

Recall that Oleg Kondrashov has been wanted since 2018 and is under arrest in absentia. He currently resides in the United States.

One of the mansions is registered in Kondrashov's name. Its area exceeds 1,500 square meters. The two-story building has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The property's value is about $3.6 million.

The second house is registered to the former official's wife. It is located in another prestigious neighborhood. The property's area is about 2,000 square meters, housing five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The approximate value is $4.4 million.

At the time of filming, the former city manager was in one of the houses but refused to speak with journalists.

It was previously reported that the Nizhny Novgorod court postponed the hearing of the criminal case against the former head of the city's administration, Oleg Kondrashov.
