      In Dzerzhinsk, work to connect the city to a new water supply network has been successfully completed. This was reported on his Telegram channel by the head of the city, Mikhail Klinkov.

      Work to switch over began on August 8 at 22:00. Ninety specialists and 20 units of equipment were involved in the project. The work was carried out by employees of JSC "Dzerzhinsk Vodokanal", as well as contractors from CJSC "Transparent Keys" and LLC "Stroyalyans".

      During the work, delivery of technical water and distribution of drinking water were organized. All social institutions in the city continued to operate as usual.

      As the mayor noted, the new water pipeline was constructed using modern materials. This will significantly improve the quality of the water supply and minimize the risk of technological failures. The system was commissioned in stages to avoid water hammer. After flushing the pipes, test water samples were taken, which confirmed compliance with sanitary standards.

      According to Mikhail Klinkov, the modernized water main will not only provide residents with clean water but also open up new prospects for the development of Dzerzhinsk. The system is ready to connect new residential neighborhoods and industrial facilities.

      It was previously reported that scheduled repairs of turbine unit No. 5 at the Dzerzhinsk CHP have been completed.
