The Interior Ministry named five streets in Nizhny Novgorod where drivers particularly like to speed.

      Society. Five streets have been identified in Nizhny Novgorod where motorists most frequently exceed the speed limit. These data were provided to the portal "Zhivyom v Nizhnem" by the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs directorate.

      Larina Street took first place in the number of violations. The second and third places for frequency of speeding were shared by Lenin Avenue in the Avtozavodsky and Leninsky districts respectively, with violations in the Leninsky district most often occurring in the area of the "Muravey" shopping center.

      Also named among the problem sections were Vaneeva Street in the Sovetsky district and Geroya Popova Street in the Leninsky district.

      According to the information, in the first seven months of the current year 1,038,273 traffic violations were recorded using automatic cameras and special systems. Speeding remains the most common of them.
