      The Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Evgeny Lyulin, congratulated construction workers on their professional holiday, emphasizing their key role in the region's development. He noted that the construction industry is not only an engine of the economy but also a foundation for improving people's quality of life.

      Lyulin reminded that every new infrastructure facility — whether a metro station, bridge, residential building or road — becomes part of the history of the city, district and the entire region. These projects not only change the appearance of territories but also open up new opportunities for residents.

      "Remember how residents of Nizhny Novgorod rejoiced at the opening of the Gorkovskaya metro station?! The Metro Bridge! The Nizhny Novgorod stadium! How hockey fans are now awaiting the new Ice Palace! IT specialists — the IT campus 'Neimark'! A new residential neighborhood is a new chapter in the lives of thousands of people," the speaker of the Legislative Assembly reminded.

      Lyulin paid special attention to the importance of an integrated approach to construction. He noted that in the early 2000s the Legislative Assembly initiated the adoption of the Urban Planning Code of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, which provided for the construction of not only housing but also social facilities such as kindergartens, schools and hospitals. Today the region continues to implement mechanisms for the comprehensive development of territories to ensure the harmonious development of cities and rural areas.

      The speaker of the regional parliament also emphasized that the construction industry is closely linked to other sectors of the economy. It stimulates demand for metallurgical products, building materials and the work of thousands of factories. Therefore, he said, it is important to support and develop this sector so that it continues to be a driver of economic growth.

      "I wholeheartedly wish our construction sector a confident outlook for the future, stability and development! May every project you complete become a model of quality and care for people!" wished Evgeny Lyulin.
