      Incidents

      In the Avtozavodsky district of the city, police officers held a driver accountable who displayed dangerous behavior on the road.

      As reported by the press service of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, law enforcement officers found an online video showing a motorist performing risky maneuvers in a Niva on Kiselev Square near the GAZ House of Culture.

      Traffic inspectors identified the offender. He turned out to be a 24-year-old local resident. Four administrative protocols were drawn up against the driver:

      - for driving a vehicle with defects that may threaten road safety (Article 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, parts 1 and 3.1).

      - for violating the rules of maneuvering (Article 12.14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, part 1).

      - for failing to comply with road signs and markings (Article 12.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, part 2).
