      I wholeheartedly congratulate you on your professional holiday! In 2025 we celebrate a special date — the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Builder’s Day.

      You do not merely raise walls and lay foundations — you create the future, change life for the better, and shape the appearance of our cities. Thanks to your tireless labor and dedication, new infrastructure facilities are being created, existing buildings are being modernized, and modern residential complexes and public spaces are appearing. The construction industry is one of the key sectors in the development of our region. Since 2018, more than 12 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the Nizhny Novgorod Region; during the implementation of the "Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment" project we have improved more than 650 public spaces and over 2,500 courtyard areas in the region. Over the past five years, 118 social infrastructure facilities have been built — these are kindergartens, schools, clinics, and feldsher-midwife stations (FAPs).

      The professionalism, skill and selflessness of builders make our region more modern, convenient and attractive to live in.

      On this festive day I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all representatives of the construction industry for their invaluable contribution to the development of the region. May your work always be in demand, and may the results of your labor please the eye and benefit many generations!
