As reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region, a motorist who demonstrated dangerous driving in the Avtozavodsky district of Nizhny Novgorod has been held accountable. Police saw his maneuvers near the GAZ Cultural Center on videos posted online. As a result, four administrative offence reports were drawn up against the 24-year-old local resident:
- part 1 and part 3.1 of Article 12.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (driving a vehicle when there are defects or conditions under which operation of vehicles is prohibited);
- part 1 of Article 12.14 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of maneuvering);
- part 2 of Article 12.16 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (failure to comply with requirements prescribed by road signs or road markings).
