A year-round glamping park may appear in the Leninsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. According to documents on the city administration's website, the project has already been put up for public discussion.
The company "Park Marin-Yug" will develop the tourism complex. In August 2023, it leased a plot on the left bank of the Oka River near the 25th October Cove. The estimated cost of building the glamping park is 427.7 million rubles.
To implement the plan, the plot must be reclassified from the embankment zone (TR-3n) to a sports-recreation and entertainment zone (TOsp-s). This initiative received support at the land use and development commission meeting in May.
The project discussion will continue until August 15 inclusive.
Additionally, year-round glamping parks will also be established in the Gorodetsky and Borsky districts.
Earlier, it was reported that 170 hectares of land suitable for hosting glamping sites, holiday bases, and other tourist amenities were found in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
