Notice of the General Meeting of Shareholders

      At the initiative of the Administration of the Balakhna Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, a meeting of participants in shared ownership of a land plot designated for agricultural use, cadastral number 52:17:0000000:85, previously owned by T&O "Central," is convened. The location is established relative to a landmark situated within the plot boundaries. Landmark postal address: Nizhny Novgorod Region, Balakhna District, SPC "Central." The meeting will take place in person on September 30, 2025, at 13:00 Moscow time, at the following address: Nizhny Novgorod Region, Balakhna District, Pos. Sovkhoznoye, 39, in the building of the "Kocherginsky House of Culture" Branch of MBUK "RDK."

      Agenda:

      1. Election of the chairperson, secretary of the meeting, and counting commission.

      2. Approval of the list of persons whose land shares may be recognized as unclaimed and land shares that may be recognized as unclaimed, located within the Balakhna Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      3. Selection of a person authorized by the participants in shared ownership to act on their behalf without a power of attorney.

      Registration of landowners and their representatives will be conducted on September 30, 2025, from 12:00 to 12:45 at the meeting venue.

      Participation rights for participants in shared ownership are granted upon presentation of a passport and documents confirming ownership of the land share, as well as through their representative acting under a power of attorney.
