Registration for the second season of the "Education Leaders" project is open in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      Registration for the second season of the educational project "Leaders of Education" has begun in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Participants can include teachers from public and private schools in the region, as well as staff from kindergartens and educators from secondary vocational and supplementary education institutions. The program aims to form a professional community of educators with high potential for developing leadership competencies; create opportunities for their professional growth in the Nizhny Novgorod region; and strengthen the region's managerial capacity. The educational program spans 12 weeks of training and includes comprehensive competency diagnostics. Participants will encounter trainings, master classes, panel sessions, case competitions, media laboratories, open lessons, and much more. Mentors within the project will be leaders from federal and regional agencies, as well as prominent speakers in the field of education. “Our main goal is to strengthen the pedagogical community, connect the best traditions of the past with innovations, and provide professionals with a platform for sharing experiences. The first season of 'Leaders of Education' showed that in the Nizhny Novgorod region, there are many talented teachers and true professionals capable of working towards the continuous development of education in the region. Participants in the second season will not only undergo training with fascinating speakers and unlock their potential but also possibly propose their own ideas and contribute to the development of the educational environment in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The project organizer is the Corporate University of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, with support from the Ministry of Human Resources Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod Government, the Region’s Ministry of Education and Science, and the All-Russian Public Organization of Education Leaders “Teacher of the Year.” “There are many opportunities in the Nizhny Novgorod region for teachers and educators to develop professionally. The 'Leaders of Education' project is an important tool that helps share experiences, discover new things, and importantly, demonstrate leadership in one’s field. I want to emphasize that winners of the project will gain advantages when participating in the regional stage of the All-Russian Teacher Professional Skills Competition 'Teacher of the Year.' This year, finalist Anastasia Kondina will represent our region at the all-Russian stage of the competition,” said the Minister of Education and Science of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Mikhail Puchkov. The project’s organizing committee clarified that 150 finalists will receive special diplomas and be included in the region’s pedagogical personnel reserve, while 50 winners will get certificates for professional development, recommendations for participating in nationwide pedagogical competitions, and vouchers for internships at the best educational institutions in the Nizhny Novgorod region. “Since the conclusion of the first season of 'Leaders of Education,' we have received a huge number of letters requesting the launch of the second season.
