Writer, Lieutenant Colonel of the Russian National Guard Zakhar Prilepin proposed installing a monument to participants of the special military operation at the site of the dismantled sculpture "Big Clay №4" on Bolotnaya Embankment in Moscow. He stated this in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Previously, the site featured a work by Swiss artist Urs Fischer—a 12-meter aluminum sculpture representing an enlarged copy of a lump of clay. It was installed in 2021 near the GES-2 Cultural Center and dismantled in July 2025. A new artwork is planned to be placed in its place.

Prilepin emphasized that the heroism of SVO participants deserves remembrance and respect, and suggested paying tribute both to its first participants (Alexander Zakharchenko, Motorola, and Givi) and to those who continue to operate in the conflict zone today.

Earlier, Zakhar Prilepin declared that the reorganization of the Russian elite would occur at the expense of SVO participants.
