Economy A large property complex on Moskovsky Highway in Nizhny Novgorod, owned by LLC "Grandtrust — NN," is being auctioned. The announcement was published on the "RTS-Tender" website.
The total starting price of the lot amounts to 1.26 billion rubles. The sale is conducted as part of enforcement proceedings regarding the owner’s debt.
The complex includes several buildings with a total area of over 30,000 square meters. These include three non-residential premises over 21,000 square meters, single-story structures of the fuel-oil pumping station, boiler house, and mechanized car wash (approximately 1,530 square meters in total), as well as two-story buildings of the paint shop, welding and bodywork section, and another building over 4,000 square meters.
In addition to the structures, the lot includes a land plot measuring 27,400 square meters. The land category is "lands of населённых пунктов" (settlements), with permitted use for an auto dealership and administrative buildings with adjacent territory.
The property is seized by the decision of the Kanavinsky District Court and is being sold in accordance with a ruling by the Federal Tax Service. The organizer of the auction is the territorial administration of Rosimushchestvo for the Nizhny Novgorod region.
To participate in the auction, a deposit of 378.4 million rubles must be paid. Applications are accepted until August 21, 2025, inclusive. The registration of applications will close on August 22, 2025. The minimum bid step is set at 12.6 million rubles. The auction will take place electronically on August 26, 2025, on the "RTS-Tender" platform.
