      Incidents NIА "Nizhny Novgorod" – Maria Orlova Politician Mikhail Khaluga will remain in custody until September 5. NIА "Nizhny Novgorod" confirmed this information with the oblast court press service.

      The decision was made by the Moscow District Court on July 31. It extended the preventive measure in the form of detention until September 4 inclusive.

      Khaluga, who previously oversaw the election campaign for the Dzerzhinsk City Council under Mayor Ivan Noskov, was detained on June 5. He is suspected of commercial bribery committed in collusion and in large-scale amounts.

      In the same case, Maria Kilina, who previously held the position of executive secretary of the Dzerzhinsk branch of the "United Russia" party, was also arrested. The court extended her preventive measure.

      It was previously reported that the FSB detained former CEO of "Teploenergo" Ilya Halturin after his release from pre-trial detention.
