In Nizhny Novgorod, a premises previously occupied by a medical center and a hairdresser's salon has been put up for auction. Information about this is posted on the RTS-tender electronic trading platform.
It concerns an integrated space of 370 square meters located at building No. 9a on Chkalova Street (Kanevino).
The starting bid is over 57.7 million rubles. The bidding step is set at nearly 2.9 million rubles.
The auctions are scheduled for September 4.
It was previously reported that in the Kanavinka district of Nizhny Novgorod, an arrested auto center is being auctioned. The starting price of the lot is 1.26 billion rubles.
