The Nizhny Novgorod construction company was fined 800,000 rubles for illegally employing foreign nationals, reports the General Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The legal entity was held administratively liable under Part 3 of Article 18.15 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation — for recruiting migrants to work without lawful grounds. In total, four fines were imposed on the organization for the specified amount.
Execution documents for collection were received by the Vorotynskoye district bailiffs' department. A representative of the agency notified the company's management about the initiation of enforcement proceedings, deadlines for voluntary compliance, and possible coercive measures.
However, the company did not attempt to voluntarily settle the debt. Subsequently, the bailiff initiated compulsory measures, including freezing the organization’s bank accounts. This complicated the company's financial activities.
Following this, the management decided not to delay payment and transferred the entire amount of fines, plus an enforcement fee of 56,000 rubles.
It was previously reported that the company's director in the Bogorodsky District would be convicted for illegal migration. NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" has a Telegram channel. Subscribe to stay informed about major events, exclusive materials, and operational updates.
