      Joint-Stock Company "Mosproekt-3" has announced a third tender for the construction of a temporary bypass road near the planned Sennaya metro station in Nizhny Novgorod. The information is posted on the government procurement website.

      Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until August 20, with results announced on August 28. The initial (maximum) contract value is 76.1 million rubles.

      According to the technical specifications, work should begin on August 15 and be completed by September 30.

      It should be noted that the work was originally planned to start no later than May 13, but the first attempt to conduct the procurement was unsuccessful — only one bidder participated, leading to the procedure being declared unsuccessful. The second time, the timelines were shifted to September through January 2026, but no applicants came forward again. Throughout these attempts, the contract value remained unchanged.

      Earlier, it was reported that the Vladimir metro shield had tunneled nearly 250 meters of the second running tunnel between the Sennaya and Svoboda Square stations.
