The new fire station building was opened in Dzerzhinsk.
On August 5, 2025, at 15:42 [147], a new building of the 41st Fire Department was inaugurated in Dzerzhinsk. The ceremony was attended by Gleb Nikitin, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
The new fire-rescue depot combines the fire station and emergency rescue team. These units participate in nearly every third incident in the city, including fires and traffic accidents.
A symbolic key to the new building was handed over to Andrey Tuzov, head of the 11th unit of the State Fire Service. Prior to this, the 41st unit was housed in leased premises.
The new building was constructed using quick-assembly modular structures and meets all modern standards. It is equipped with fire-fighting and rescue tools. The station includes a gas and smoke protection service, and the rescue team received specialized vehicles, boats, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Dzerzhinsk Mayor Mikhail Klinikov thanked regional authorities for their support and noted that the new conditions will help the personnel fully realize their professional potential. He emphasized that ensuring safety is of paramount importance for an industrial city.
Since the beginning of the year, fire depots have also been opened in Novinki, Usta, Aria in the Urensky district, and Pizhma. All facilities were built as part of a program to strengthen the material and technical base of the firefighting service.
