      Work to eliminate the consequences of the hurricane that struck on August 2 continues in Arzamas. The current situation was reported by the mayor of the city district, Alexander Shchelokov, on his Telegram channel.

      According to him, as of the morning of August 3, 18 electrical crews are involved in recovery efforts. They are handling requests from 16 settlements. All 10 kV power lines have been restored; currently, specialists are addressing localized outages. 192 homes, with approximately 1,240 residents, are still without electricity. To ensure continuous service, shift rotations are organized with the company "Nizhny Novgorodenergo."

      It should be recalled that the hurricane caused significant destruction. Power line breaks occurred, many settlements were left without electricity.
