15 million rubles allocated for major repairs of Children's Polyclinic No. 1 in Nizhny Novgorod

      A major renovation is planned for the premises of Children's Polyclinic No. 1, part of City Hospital No. 25 in the Autzavodsky District in Nizhny Novgorod. This information is reported on the public procurement portal.

      The facility is located at: Lenin Avenue, Building 100. The works will be carried out in two stages. First, the winner of the competition must develop and approve the design and cost estimate documentation. After that, the actual renovation of the building will begin.

      The completion deadline for all works is set for November 7, 2025. According to the contract, the contractor is required to adhere to the medical and safety regulations, as the work will be conducted within an operational medical facility.

      The initial maximum contract price is nearly 14.9 million rubles. Of this amount, 14.8 million rubles are allocated for the renovation itself.

      It was previously reported that the children's polyclinic on Monchegorskaya in Nizhny Novgorod was renovated for 16 million rubles.
