In Arzamas, the ambulance dispatch center lost power, but not a single call was missed.

A strong rain and hurricane caused power outages.

The heavy rain that struck Arzamas on August 2 disrupted the operation of power supply systems in various parts of the city. Among those affected was the dispatch service of the Central City Hospital's ambulance. At 17:10, the electricity went out there. This was reported by Aleksey Nikonov in his Telegram channel "Glass of Press."

The paramedic promptly contacted emergency services, but due to the high volume of inquiries, energy companies could not restore power immediately. The medical staff remained calm: they arranged for calls to be redirected to the Unified Dispatch Center of Nizhny Novgorod Emergency Medical Services and called a standby electrician.

A generator was quickly delivered to the site, and the department's operations were restored. Thanks to competent organization and quick response, no call was left unattended. Assistance to patients was provided without delay.
