On August 6, a prolonged magnetic storm will arrive in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The intensity of geomagnetic disturbances will range from four to five points. This is reported by the my-calend.ru service.
The first disturbances will begin on the evening of August 6 — they will be four points and will persist until August 10. On August 11, the intensity will increase to five points, followed by fluctuations from four to five points until August 14. The situation will stabilize only on August 15.
During magnetic storms, health issues may be felt especially acutely. To ease conditions, specialists recommend maintaining a healthy lifestyle: reduce alcohol consumption, refrain from smoking, opt for lighter foods. It is also important to spend more time outdoors and avoid stress.
