Nizhny Novgorod authorities approved land for billion-ruble investment projects

      The Land and Property Relations Council of the Nizhny Novgorod Region approved the allocation of plots for ten investment projects. The meeting took place on July 31, 2025, according to the press service of the regional government.

      According to Sergey Barinov, head of the regional Ministry of Property, the main focus of the meeting was on industrial initiatives. The total anticipated investment will amount to approximately 1 billion rubles, and 360 jobs will be created.

      Among the approved projects is the construction of a manufacturing building for textile products in Gorbatovka settlement, Dzerzhinsk. The applicant is the company "Jupiter." A 100,000-square-meter plot will be developed within two years, with an investment volume of 200 million rubles.

      In Nizhny Novgorod, two projects will be implemented on Relsovaya Street. "TsentromashNN" will build a complex for the production of boiler equipment on a 12,662 sq.m plot, with a budget of 142 million rubles and a three-year timeline. Nearby, a vehicle trailer manufacturing plant will be built. The initiator is "Avtopritsep NN," with an area of 11,473 sq.m and an investment volume of 51.2 million rubles. The construction period is three years.

      In Dzerzhinsk, "Perfect Klin" will build a household chemicals production facility. The project will be implemented on a 15,092 sq.m site over three years, with investments of 36 million rubles.

      Among non-production projects, there is a hotel complex planned by "Fudsервис-Москва" in Plotnichesky Lane in Nizhny Novgorod. Construction will take a year and a half, with investments of 70 million rubles, on a 4,268 sq.m plot.

      Also, in Doskino, "Sladkiy Mir" will construct a unit for the production of sweeteners. The project is estimated at 300 million rubles, with a three-year implementation period, on a 12,048 sq.m plot.

      Another approved project is an auto racetrack on Komsomolskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod. Its initiator is the non-profit autonomous organization "Max." The site area is 3,000 sq.m, with a 21-month development timeline and an investment volume of 10 million rubles.

      The Nizhny Novgorod Region continues to maintain high positions in the investment sphere. It ranks second in the National Investment Climate Rating, compiled by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

      Investors can submit land plots applications via the "Investor's Personal Cabinet" on the website of the regional Ministry of Property and Land Relations. The platform was created within the framework of the "End-to-End Investment Flow" project, implemented according to regional investment climate standards. It aims to accelerate the approval process and reduce the documentation required from investors.
