      The Mospromet-3 Group of Companies and the Municipal State Institution "GUMMiD" will resolve the disagreements regarding the construction of the metro in Sormovo through legal procedures. This was reported to NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" by GK "Mospromet-3" and MKU "GUMMiD".

      Both parties confirmed that they are acting within the framework of the law and have already exchanged all necessary documents.

      The statement clarifies that a part of the claims made by the customer will be paid by the contractor after all necessary clarifications. Currently, the parties are actively working on agreeing the conditions concerning both the penalty enforcement itself and the procedure and timing of its payment.

      It is noted that despite the disagreements, "Mospromet-3" and "GUMMiD" emphasize their interest in continuing cooperation. The companies intend to implement the project for building new metro stations in Nizhny Novgorod, adhering to mutual obligations specified in the contract.

      Earlier, Nizhny Novgorod authorities raised claims against "Mospromet-3", the general contractor for the construction of the "Sormovskaya" metro station. There were also reports of difficulties arising during the metro construction.
