Child benefits for July will be paid early to residents of Nizhny Novgorod.

      Society - The Social Fund of Russia (SFR) branch for Nizhny Novgorod region informed about the rescheduling of benefit payments for July. This is due to the fact that August 3 (the scheduled payment date) falls on a Sunday.

      The agency reminded that if the payment day coincides with a weekend or public holiday, the funds are transferred to recipients on the last working day prior.

      Thus, on August 1, the following will be credited to accounts:

      - Unified allowance for children under 17 and pregnant women;

      - Childcare allowance for children up to 1.5 years for unemployed citizens;

      - Payment related to the birth of the first child under 3 years;

      - Allowance for the child of a conscripted soldier.

      Subsequently, payments will proceed according to the schedule. On August 5, the monthly allowance from maternal (family) capital funds for children under 3 will be transferred. On August 8, payments for childcare up to one and a half years will be made to working parents.

      Recipients who arrange payments through "Russian Post" branches will receive their July funds in accordance with the postal schedule.

      For additional information, residents of Nizhny Novgorod region can contact the regional SFR contact center at 8 (800) 100-00-01. Calls are free. The center operates from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

      It was previously announced that pensions for working Nizhny Novgorod residents will be increased after recalculation starting August 1.
