The "Buy Nizhny Novgorod" fairs will take place in August in 25 municipalities of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      Entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals of the Nizhny Novgorod region can present their products at 46 "Buy Nizhny Novgorod" fairs in August, which will be held in 25 municipalities. At these fairs, residents will be able to purchase food, agricultural products, handmade crafts, and folk art.

      "The 'Buy Nizhny Novgorod' fairs provide local entrepreneurs and self-employed with the opportunity to promote their products, and regional residents with the chance to buy goods at manufacturer’s prices. Municipal authorities offer free trading spaces at the fairs, which are also held during various holidays and festive events. The first fairs will take place as early as August 2 in the Varnavinsky, Pochinkovsky, Sergachsky, Vachsky, Voznesensky, Pavlovsky, Uren, Shakhunsky, and Voznesensky districts," said Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      The schedule of fairs is adjusted monthly based on proposals from the administrations of local municipalities.

      According to the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" will become the main tool for shaping a new growth model.
