The Embankment of the Rowing Canal will be transformed for 369 million rubles as part of the KRT.

      In Nizhny Novgorod, a comprehensive development agreement for the Grebny Canal embankment area was signed between the developer LLC "Level App," the regional government, and the city administration. The press service of the Nizhny Novgorod Region government reported this.

      The contractor won the tender for the KRТ contract. The total area designated for development is 10.55 hectares, with a contract price of 369 million rubles.

      As part of the project, 47,000 square meters of housing will be built along the Grebny Canal. Additionally, the surrounding area will be landscaped. The developer will equip the embankment, which will connect to the city center. There will also be public spaces and hotels.

      Another vital component is the construction of social infrastructure. By 2030, the investor will build a 200-seat kindergarten and a school for 550 students at its own expense.

      The overall implementation period for the project is 15 years. As noted by Ivan Kargin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, during this period, the city will gain a new unique location, which will become a place for recreation and sports for Nizhny Novgorod residents.
