The surveys are conducted regularly by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. According to the head of the department, Maxim Cherkasov, the "My Business" portal features a list of support measures at both federal and regional levels. "The online platform consolidates information about projects developed by specialists from the 'My Business' center for different categories of entrepreneurs, a directory of support infrastructure organizations in our region. It also includes a business plan constructor and an events calendar. The portal is regularly updated and filled with information about new tools for supporting entrepreneurs. Through surveys, businesses can evaluate the platform's effectiveness and suggest improvements," said Maxim Cherkasov.
