      Community: 40.2 million rubles are planned to be allocated for the construction of a new road leading to the hostels of the IT campus "Neymar" in Nizhny Novgorod. This information is stated in the proposed amendments to the regional budget published on the official website of the Regional Legislative Assembly.

      The funds will be allocated from the budget of the Ministry of Transport and Highways of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The road will connect the section of Shevchenko Street—from Malaya Yamskaya to Dalny—with the passage from Malaya Yamskaya to house No. 17 on Bolshie Otragi Street.

      Previously, the contractor completed the construction of 18 hostels for the "Neymar" campus, and the new road should provide full transportation access to them.

      Initially, funding of 40.2 million rubles was planned to be allocated this year. However, as indicated in the documents, the deadlines have been postponed—now the funds will be provided only in 2026.

      The reasons for the delay are not specified.

      It was previously reported that two new pedestrian bridges are planned to be built near the Nizhny Novgorod IT campus "Neymar" in the area of the metro bridge.
