The annual acceptance of educational institutions for the new school year has begun in Dzerzhinsk.

      The annual inspection of educational institutions for the new school year has begun in Dzerzhinsk.

      A comprehensive check of organizations engaged in educational activities, including music schools and art schools, additional education institutions, as well as technical colleges and colleges, is traditionally conducted before the start of the new academic year.

      The readiness of these institutions is assessed by a special commission, which includes representatives of the city administration, the Department of Education, the Rospotrebnadzor management, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, police, the National Guard, and deputies of the Dzerzhinsk City Duma.

      As interim Deputy Mayor Anna Kulikova explained, by mid-August, the members of the commission will visit all organizations conducting educational activities within the city. This includes 35 municipal general education schools, 3 private schools, 66 municipal kindergartens, 4 private kindergartens, 11 sports schools, 4 additional education institutions, 7 cultural institutions, 5 secondary vocational education institutions, and 7 state institutions, including a correctional school and kindergartens for compensatory development.

      Police and National Guard personnel evaluating the commission will check the safety passports of each facility. Their anti-terrorism and fire safety, the equipment of classrooms—including medical rooms—teacher staffing readiness, accessibility accommodations within the buildings, the condition of the premises, and documentation procedures will be assessed.

      As Sergey Zybo, the director of the "Magnetic Arrow" sports school, emphasized, before the new school year, commission members check the compliance of facilities with various norms and regulations: fire safety, sanitary and epidemiological safety, anti-terrorism security, and availability of sports infrastructure.

      “I have a strong and fruitful partnership with the 'Magnetic Arrow' sports school. We host district celebrations and events on the school grounds, creating bright and memorable occasions for the residents of the city, and also supporting its development and strengthening its material and technical base. I am confident that the new school year will introduce us to the names of new talented athletes and delight us with the successes of already experienced masters,” said Rinat Reimov, a deputy for the 3rd district.

      One of the key points of the annual inspection is repair work in the premises of the institutions. It should be noted that all repairs must be completed by the end of August. Additionally, by the end of August, the leaders of the organizations must address all deficiencies and violations pointed out by the commission members.
