Over 63,000 inquiries from Nizhny Novgorod residents were received through the feedback platform in the first half of 2025.

In the first half of 2025, the feedback platform "Gosuslugi. Solving Together" (POS) received and processed over 63,000 inquiries from residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. "In the first six months of this year, the platform hosted 177 public discussions and 288 public hearings, and published 571 municipal and 16 regional surveys. The integration of regional institutions with POS continues to enable faster response to residents' requests," noted Alexander Sinelobov, Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Currently, over 4,000 organizations are connected to POS, including executive authorities and municipalities, kindergartens, educational, cultural, healthcare institutions, social service organizations, resource supply organizations, regional operators for solid waste processing, payment operators in the housing and utilities sector, settlement centers, and property management companies. "Residents are increasingly using the feedback platform to resolve their issues — the number of inquiries has increased by 10 percent compared to the same period last year. POS has evolved from simply a 'feedback' tool into an effective platform for prompt response: for over 100 topics in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the response times are as short as 10 days, with many inquiries being resolved on the day of submission," said Alexey Ushakov, head of the Regional Crisis Management Center of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. It is worth noting that the development of government online services aligns with the objectives of the federal project "Digital Platforms in Social Sector Industries," part of the new national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State," which came into effect in Russia on January 1, 2025, per presidential decree by Vladimir Putin. "Data Economy" is the successor to the "Digital Economy" national project. The Regional Management Center (TSC) was established in the Nizhny Novgorod Region by order of President Vladimir Putin and has been operating since April 2020 in partnership with the federal organization "Dialogue." The main goal of the TSC is to ensure direct and effective communication between citizens and authorities to solve and prevent problematic issues.
