Last night, Russian air defense forces repelled a massive drone attack, reports the Russian Defense Ministry.
Two drones were neutralized over the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
According to official information, a total of 73 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles launched from Ukraine were destroyed or intercepted.
The highest number of drones—31—were shot down over Bryansk region. Another 17 drones were destroyed in Oryol region, and 10 in the airspace over Moscow region.
The department emphasized that the attack was successfully repelled thanks to coordinated work of the air defense units.
It was previously reported that three Ukrainian drones were shot down over Nizhny Novgorod region.
