      The Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Evgeny Lyulin, participated in a ceremonial event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of JSC "Borsky Pipe Plant" (JSC "BTP"), and presented awards to its best employees.

      Today, the enterprise is among the largest Russian producers of profile pipes and blades. Its products are supplied not only throughout Russia but also to neighboring and distant foreign countries. The company's customers number over 300 enterprises, and its share of the total profile pipe production in the Russian Federation is 2%.

      The company's products are used in the manufacturing of suspensions for automobiles and public transport, agricultural machinery, railway cars, communication towers, cranes, as well as in the construction of structures and individual components for transport arteries.

      During the ceremonial event, the regional parliament speaker emphasized the historical importance of the plant and the achievements of its team. Evgeny Lyulin also awarded employees for many years of conscientious work and their contribution to the development of the metallurgical industry in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      "The history of Borsky Pipe Plant is the history of the development of our country's industry. It all started with a group of 36 people who organized a small production association. Today, it is a large strategically important enterprise. Only those companies that had strong personnel and wise leaders could traverse the 90-year journey. In the 1990s and 2000s, it was much easier to shut down production than to preserve and develop it, creating new technological lines," said Evgeny Lyulin.

      The regional parliament speaker particularly highlighted the plant’s attitude towards people: creating conditions for sports, providing medical assistance, supporting young families and veterans, as well as respecting the company's history and traditions.

      In his speech, Anatoly Chernyshev, General Director of JSC "BTP," emphasized: “Our collective, born 90 years ago, has become a modern production thanks to the people—those who aimed to develop even in the most difficult times. Today, we are proud of our dynasties, unique specialists, and the fact that despite difficulties, we reliably fulfill all obligations to people and the state. This anniversary is a celebration for everyone who contributed to the plant's history.”
