      Society From July 22 to August 6, the Ministry of Digital Development will accept applications for deferment from the autumn draft for IT specialists, reports the "360" TV channel.

      To qualify for a deferment, applicants must meet certain criteria. First, they must be Russian citizens aged 18 to 30 years. Second, they must hold higher education degrees in specialties from an approved list. They must also work at accredited IT companies.

      The employment contract should provide full-time employment. Additionally, the work experience in the organization during the year before the draft must be at least 11 months.

      However, special conditions apply to university graduates. They can obtain a deferment without meeting the work experience requirement if they start working within a year after graduation. The company they work for must be listed in the register of accredited IT organizations by August 11, 2025.
