Three plots for new neighborhoods put up for auction in the Nizhny Novgorod region

      Their urban development potential exceeds 35,000 sq.m.

      Three plots for new residential construction are listed for auction in the Nizhny Novgorod region, as reported by the DОМ.РФ press service.

      The development plots are located in the Autzаводский district of Nizhny Novgorod, near the village of Novinki, and in Dzerzhinsk. In total, more than 35,000 square meters of new housing could be built here.

      In Dzerzhinsk, in the Zapadny-2 microdistrict, a plot of nearly a hectare is for sale. It is just five kilometers from the city center, surrounded by multi-story buildings, social facilities, and forest. Over 15,000 square meters of housing could be constructed there. Starting bids are 35 million rubles, with applications accepted until August 11.

      Next to the village of Novinki, a territory of 2.07 hectares can be developed. This adds nearly 13,000 square meters of low-rise housing. The nearest school and kindergarten will be within walking distance. The plot is valued at 55 million rubles, with an auction scheduled for August 22.

      Another future microdistrict could appear in the Autzаводский district on Sputnik Street, 11A. Here, 0.47 hectares are planned for the construction of 6,500 square meters of housing. The area is already populated, with nearby shops, schools, and residential buildings. The distance to "Park Kultury" metro station is only 1.7 km. The starting price for the plot is 37.5 million rubles.
