      Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Yegor Polyakov will hold a personal reception of citizens on July 24, 2025, from 14:00 at the citizens' reception office of the Governor and Government of the region, located at: Nizhny Novgorod, Kostina St., 2.

      Yegor Polyakov oversees the activities of the executive authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region regarding:

      - Implementation of a unified social-economic development policy for the Nizhny Novgorod Region;

      - Implementation of a unified financial, budgetary, and tax state policy within the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, including functions of control and oversight in the financial and budget sphere and procurement control;

      - Implementation of state policy and management in the field of property and land relations;

      - Implementation of a unified investment activity strategy;

      - Implementation of state policy in the procurement of goods, works, and services for the needs of the Nizhny Novgorod Region;

      - Organization of project activities within his competence in the executive bodies of the Nizhny Novgorod Region;

      - Implementation of the powers of the government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in the field of digital economy;

      - Implementation of state policies and management in the field of information and communication technologies and communications;

      - Introduction of digital technologies and platform solutions in the areas of public administration of the Nizhny Novgorod Region;

      - Creation, functioning, and coordination of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Situational Center to centralize and systematize data management;

      - Organization of activities of the Multifunctional Centers (MFC);

      - Legal support for the activities of the governor and government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region;

      - Ensuring coordinated actions of executive bodies during activities aimed at improving the quality of public and municipal services;

      - Formation and implementation of state policies to promote employment and other issues.

      Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, other citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign nationals, and stateless persons legally residing in the region may register for a reception if their issue has been previously considered within their competence and requires the personal participation of the deputy governor to make a decision.

      To register for a reception, applicants must send a written or electronic request addressed to the Deputy Governor, outlining the essence of the issue. Appointments must be scheduled at least five working days prior to the date.
