      During road work on Malaya Yamskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod, the façade of a residential building was partially damaged. Witnesses reported this on social media.

      As reported by NIA "Nizhny Novgorod" to MKU "GUMMiD," the incident occurred during the dismantling of the sidewalk covering. The contracting company performing the work grazed the building’s façade with a bucket. However, there was already a small damage in that area.

      The contractor has acknowledged responsibility for the incident, committed to signing a contract with the relevant organization, and to restoring the façade at their own expense.

      No information about the timeframe for the restoration work has been provided.

      It was previously reported that the passage near the Dynamo stadium in Nizhny Novgorod was closed for almost 10 months starting from July 14.
