      24 октября 2025 13:06 Общество. Нижегородская область в третий раз была признана лучшей в России в области организации летних оздоровительных кампаний. Доктор философских наук, профессор Нижегородского института управления – филиала РАНХиГС Андрей Дахин делится размышлениями о лидерстве Нижегородской области в этой сфере и перспективах развития летнего отдыха для детей:

      "Форум показал новые стандарты качественной организации летнего отдыха, оздоровления и воспитания детей, которые служат примерами для подражания и целевыми образцами для тех, кто занимается организацией детского оздоровительного отдыха", – отметил эксперт.

      Он выделил, что в России развивается сеть детских летних учреждений, распространённая по всей стране. Дахин добавил, что в основу этой сети входят Нижегородская область и другие регионы-призёры, получившие высокие оценки.

      "Значение всей системы заключается в том, что это серьёзный инфраструктурный ресурс для формирования у молодёжи общероссийской гражданской идентичности – основы всеобъемлющего российского патриотизма. Для усиления этой воспитательной функции необходимо увеличить летнюю мобильность школьников, чтобы они могли сначала путешествовать по своему региону, а затем, переходя в старшие классы, отправляться в другие регионы. Десять лет школьных поездок дадут детям бесценный опыт практического осознания того, что статус гражданина России позволяет им увидеть удивительные природные и культурные объекты страны", – сказал Дахин.

      По его мнению, Нижегородская область может стать новатором в создании специальных "межрегиональных" летних лагерей, полностью состоящих из детей из разных регионов России, тем более, что в регионе уже имеется успешный опыт работы "Лазурного" и других аналогичных центров.

      "Основная линия сети мест детского оздоровительного отдыха ежегодно определяет Всероссийский форум организаторов отдыха и оздоровления детей. На этой основе Нижегородская область может начать инициативу по созданию межрегиональных договоров о взаимных обменах детьми между регионами для организации летнего отдыха. От статуса лучшего на выставке Нижегородская область может перейти к лидерству по количеству детей, побывавших в других регионах, и по количеству детей из других регионов, принятых на летний отдых", – подытожил доктор философских наук.
