This was reported by the information center of the law enforcement agency. A resident of Kanavino addressed the head of the agency in the comments on his reception account on "VKontakte." According to the man, the roof of the 1916 building has been leaking for three years. As a result, his apartment on the top floor is regularly flooded. Due to the dampness, the inter-floor ceilings have rotted and deformed, and the plaster on the ceiling has collapsed. Meanwhile, no repair work is being carried out. The resident's appeals to various authorities have yielded no results. The Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod Region has organized a procedural check. Bastrykin instructed the acting head of the regional Investigative Committee, Alexander Dynkov, to report on the progress and results of the inspection, as well as on measures to protect the applicant's rights.
