A new tourist complex with a glamping hotel will appear in the village of Stepan'kovo in the Pavlovsky municipal district. The investor is implementing the project with the support of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation, the press service of the Corporation reports. The total investment in the project exceeds 100 million rubles. Modular houses for guests, a restaurant, and accompanying infrastructure are already being built on the site. After opening, 10 jobs will be created here. The construction is planned to be completed next year. The project falls into the category of universal investment proposals — this means that all necessary parameters have already been prepared for the investor, and a land plot has been selected, which significantly speeds up the start of work. As noted by the Development Corporation, tourism today is one of the drivers of the region's economy, and such projects receive systematic support. "We have formed a registry of 63 land plots in 26 municipalities specifically for the creation of glampings," explained Igor Ishchenko, General Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation. "Our specialists accompany investors at all stages, from idea to launch." In addition to glampings, the Corporation's portfolio includes universal proposals for the creation of sports complexes with climbing walls, modular sports facilities, roadside service facilities, robotic car washes, fish farming enterprises, and adapting architectural monuments for hotels.
