      The TNA Hockey Cup game "Chaika" – SKA-1946, held at the main venue "Tatneft Arena," ended with a score of 4:3 OT (0:0, 1:2, 2:1, 1:0). This is the first victory for the Nizhny Novgorod team in the preseason. On the opening day of the competition, August 14, the Torpedo youth team suffered a shootout defeat against "Reactor" from Nizhnekamsk – 3:4 – earning 1 point. The St. Petersburg team defeated "Sputnik" from Almetyevsk – 3:1 – and gained 2 points. Now both teams from the Volga and Northern capitals have 3 points each. On the 15th, the score remained 0:0 until the 28th minute. Then the "forty-sixth" scored twice. We responded with a goal from Artem Matyuk during a power play – 1:2.
