The project of the wellness complex in the eco-park on the Rowing Canal has passed the examination.

      August 13, 2026 16:09 Society The project documentation for the construction of a wellness complex on the embankment of the Rowing Canal in Nizhny Novgorod has received expert approval. This is reported in the Unified State Register of Real Estate. The conclusion was issued by LLC "Construction Expertise". The documentation was prepared by LLC "Oblkommunproekt". The project is being implemented by LLC "Ecopark - Nizhny Novgorod". This concerns a facility being built as part of the multifunctional tourist complex "Ecopark on the Rowing Canal". As previously reported, the infrastructure of the ecopark includes a modern hotel, restaurant and public spaces, as well as a large thermal complex with outdoor pools. There will also be a SPA area, children's and sports zones, and a network of running, cycling, and skiing trails will be formed nearby. The first phase of the ecopark's creation was completed in April 2026. At that time, a five-star hotel with 265 rooms was built. Work on the thermal complex is currently ongoing.
