More than 116 million rubles were recovered from the SRO for the disruption of construction projects in Bor.

      On August 13, 2026, at 14:25, Incidents: More than 116 million rubles must be reimbursed to the budget of the Bor district due to the disrupted construction of a kindergarten and a pedestrian bridge. This decision was made by the Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court, supporting the demands of the Prosecutor's Office of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      In October 2020, the Municipal Customer "Borstroyzakazchik" entered into contracts with LLC "ISB" for the construction of a kindergarten for 240 places in the Krasnogorka microdistrict and a pedestrian bridge in Bor. However, the contractor did not fulfill its obligations properly. The customer had to conduct new procurements for the construction work, which caused the budget expenses to increase by more than 116 million rubles.

      The company was unable to reimburse the losses due to the introduction of bankruptcy proceedings. After that, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit against the self-regulating organization of builders. The appellate court satisfied the prosecutor's demands and obliged the SRO to reimburse the municipal budget for damages amounting to more than 116 million rubles.

      The execution of the court decision remains under the control of the Nizhny Novgorod prosecutor's office.
