The first reality game about inclusion in Russia has become available to Nizhny Novgorod residents.

      August 12, 2026 16:50 Society Residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region have gained access to the online version of "GamesAI and act outside stereotypes" — the first reality game in Russia dedicated to inclusive culture, launched for a wide audience by MTS. The interactive format allows users to explore the life and career paths of representatives from various inclusive groups. Users are offered to choose one of three characters and view events from their perspective. According to the plot, participants travel through time with heroes from the future and observe how stereotypes affect people's lives, decision-making, and technological development. Each character — Vika, Egor, and Maya — has their own story, including eight tasks. The main feature of the game lies in the change of perspective: players first get to know the character as a person, learning about their personality and goals, and only then discover their unique traits. The authors structured the narrative so that personal qualities come to the forefront. Talent, competencies, and character become the main features defining a person, rather than their physical abilities. The game lightly teaches leadership skills, proper communication, and helps to rethink one's own thought patterns. Within the company itself, the project has already undergone extensive testing. More than four thousand employees participated in the game in online and tabletop formats. They collectively made over 150,000 decisions in 248 cases and ethical dilemmas. According to the survey results, it was the employees who recommended opening the project to a wider audience. MTS Director in the Nizhny Novgorod region, Andrey Belov, emphasized the significance of the initiative. "It is important for us that inclusive culture becomes not an abstract concept, but a daily practice. The game gives everyone — whether our employee, a student of a Nizhny Novgorod university, or a resident of the region — the opportunity to try on someone else's experience," he said.
