Nizhny Novgorod residents are invited to the second season of the project "Industrial Mentor."

      The Interregional Union "Club of Young Industrialists" has opened registration for the second season of the "Industrial Mentor" project, aimed at sharing experiences and developing cooperation between small, medium, and large businesses. Applications are accepted until September 15, 2026. The presentation of the new season took place as part of the international industrial exhibition "Innoprom-2026" during the session "Support for Small and Medium Enterprises in the Regions: Discussion of Effective Working Tools." The project is based on the collaboration of leaders and owners of industrial SMEs with mentors from among the leaders of large industrial companies and state corporations. Its goal is to create a sustainable system for transferring management experience between generations of industrialists, help participants find solutions for the development of their enterprises, and form a professional community of leaders. The first season of the project brought together over 300 participants, mentors, and experts from 58 regions of Russia. The program included more than 100 in-person and online events, including webinars, business meetings, and industrial tours. Among the mentoring enterprises were "Rosseti North-West," "Rostelecom," "AvtoVAZ," "Rosatom," "Sibur," and others. In the second season, participants will analyze real business cases based on the requests of SMEs. Key topics include production optimization, personnel management, foreign economic activity, marketing and sales, and financial management. Work will be organized in the format of specialized groups, webinars, industrial tours, and in-person events of the Club in Moscow and the regions. "Today, a leader of an industrial enterprise must be more than just a strong producer. Modern industry requires competencies in people management, strategic development, building partnerships, and implementing new approaches to organizing production. That is why the second season of the 'Industrial Mentor' project will be even more practice-oriented. We are creating a space where participants can not only gain new knowledge but also exchange experiences with colleagues, find solutions for their enterprises, and form professional connections that will last beyond the project's completion," noted Anton Kovalev, Chairman of the Board of the Club of Young Industrialists. The second season will start in September and last until December. Participants will work with mentors and industry experts to solve current development challenges for their enterprises. The results of the season will be summarized during the "Days of the Young Industrialist" event. Participation in the project is free.
