At a press conference, Sergey Chendyrin explained how our party JUST RUSSIA not only criticizes but also offers a concrete, balanced alternative budget capable of bringing in up to 13–15 trillion rubles annually for a real increase in citizens' incomes. Where to find the money? 1. The Central Bank, instead of "cooling" the overheated (which actually does not exist!) economy, spends 1.5–2 trillion rubles a year on servicing the national debt. This money could be freed up if the Central Bank finally works in the interests of the country, not importers and bankers. 2. The banking sector, which does not pay VAT (which for everyone else has risen to 22%), will receive 4 trillion rubles in profit by the end of the year. At the same time, raw material exporters, in addition to VAT refunds, receive hundreds of billions of rubles from the budget every month! What does our party JUST RUSSIA propose? 🔸 Reintroduce export duties, reduce mineral extraction tax, unlink domestic fuel prices from global ones – this will make gasoline cheaper and free up trillions. 🔸 Redirect these funds to support high-tech industries, defense capability, and production automation – the only path to real wage growth. 🔸 Legally establish a minimum wage of 60,000 rubles, raise pensions to 40% of previous earnings, and introduce a 13th pension and 13th salary. "Having experience from past discussions, when we are told: 'You are proposing this, but where will you get the money?', I will answer that yes, we propose to raise salaries, pensions, and switch to the Soviet pension system. At the same time, we offer sources of financing for all this. This is a comprehensive, balanced program for transitioning to a high-wage economy. And our proposals have already been submitted to the State Duma!" concluded Sergey Chendyrin. The party JUST RUSSIA does not just voice "unrealizable dreams," but offers a well-calculated, comprehensive program for transitioning to a high-wage economy. There is money in the country, but it must work for the working person and the development of Russia, not enrich raw material and financial oligarchs!
