The results of the educational program "Women's Leadership. Mothers of Many Children. Season 2" have been summarized.
On August 10, 2026, at 18:27, Society In the Corporate University of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (KUPNO), a solemn closing ceremony of the educational program "Women's Leadership. Mothers of Many Children. Season 2" took place. As part of the event, the participants handed over a motorcycle to the zone of the special military operation. The keys to the vehicle were presented to the mother of a participant in the special military operation. In her family, there are nine children, and her eldest son serves in one of the volunteer units. This is where the motorcycle, purchased by the program participants with the support of Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs and caring residents of the region, will be sent. Fast and maneuverable vehicles are currently in demand for reconnaissance and other combat tasks.
The closing ceremony of the second season of the program was attended by Senator of the Russian Federation Olga Shchetinina, Minister of Human Resources Policy of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Roman Markov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Olga Belyanina, Minister of Demography and Human Capital Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Igor Pantyukhin, Deputy of the City Duma of Nizhny Novgorod Ruslan Stanchev, and other honored guests.
“Loving mothers, wives, daughters—and at the same time professionals, leaders with a huge inner core. You look at them and understand: the choice between family and self-realization is a myth. Everything can be combined! And children, contrary to stereotypes, do not impose limitations but provide strength and energy to move forward. Each participant, in essence, is an ambassador of our region. Some have three children, some have twenty-seven, and in their eyes—there is incredible harmony and strength. It is for such people that we want to work, change the region, do more and better. It’s great that we have such projects and support for mothers! We want to give them more attention, warmth, and live communication. And to say a simple human thank you more often,” noted Olga Shchetinina.
The program aims to create a unified supportive educational environment for mothers of many children in the region, raising three or more children, actively developing and striving for harmony in family and society, sharing traditional family values. The organizer of the program is KUPNO with the support of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum.
The results of the season were summarized by the project leader of "Women's Leadership. Mothers of Many Children," Vice-Rector of KUPNO Maria Samodelkina. “As a result of the selection campaign, out of 5,847 applications received for participation in the program, 300 best candidates were selected. Over four months, mothers of many children underwent educational intensives, master classes, and training, participated in field sessions, open lectures, and meetings with ambassadors. But the main thing is that they implemented 40 of their own social projects aimed at improving the quality of life in the region. An essential component of the program remained the support for participants in the special military operation—our active mothers collected humanitarian aid and sent a motorcycle to the front,” reported Maria Samodelkina.
As a result of the project, a "Mobile Team of Motherhood Ambassadors" has been formed with multi-format interactive events in the city. These include consultations on family support measures and self-realization opportunities in the region, master classes and training on promoting family values, business games, interactive zones, and career guidance for mothers and children. 105 winners of the program received diplomas signed by the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin and certificates of additional professional education from KUPNO.
Let us remind you that supporting families raising children is the main task of the national project "Family," which started in the country in 2025 at the direction of President of Russia Vladimir Putin. The new national project is a successor to the previously active national projects "Demography" and "Culture." It includes activities aimed at the comprehensive development of families: expanding support measures, creating conditions for active longevity of the older generation, and ensuring quality and accessible medical care.
