An Argentine was expelled from the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Seven migrants, one of whom is a citizen of Argentina, two from Azerbaijan, and four from Tajikistan, have been expelled from the Nizhny Novgorod region beyond the borders of the Russian Federation. The bailiffs of the Judicial Department for ensuring the established order of court activities of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod region escorted the expelled citizens to the border crossing point.
The basis for their expulsion was the decisions issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia under Part 1 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation "Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation," as well as under Part 1 of Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation "Illegal employment by a foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation." The citizens lacked documents confirming their right to temporarily reside and work in our country.
The illegal migrants awaited their expulsion at the Center for Temporary Detention of Foreign Citizens. After the necessary documents were processed, the bailiffs of the OUPDS delivered them to the border crossing point of the Russian Federation and officially handed them over to the border service officers of the FSB of Russia. Now, for the violators, entry into our country is closed for the next five years.
Let us remind you that in the first seven months of 2026, the bailiffs of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod region expelled 1,156 illegal migrants. Most of them are natives of the near abroad: Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, as well as citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan.
